As the esteemed franchise relocates to a new city. It's a unique challenge to honor the rich history and identity of the Raiders while acquainting them with a new community and fan base. I played a crucial role, in employing diverse digital and physical disciplines. I was able to craft an unforgettable visitor experience and a valuable sales tool for the organization.

Thoughts on the process.

Overview:
The Las Vegas Raiders Preview Center is one of the first public and private sales centers with a museum-like experience that is rich and deep in storytelling and brand immersion. The mix of physical and digital experiences bring the new stadium to life for potential customers and partners. The unique celebrations of Raiders culture and history enhance the sales process by connecting the incredible spirit of the franchise and its fans to their new home.


Lessons:
Commence a project with well-defined objectives and realistic timelines. Despite the CEO of Downstream immediately approving the schedule without full comprehension of the project's scope and team dynamics, it became apparent that a venture of this magnitude demanded meticulous coordination from the outset to meet deadlines. Collaborating closely with the Raiders historian, we meticulously crafted narratives spanning various eras of the team's history and curated a selection of images to vividly illustrate these tales. The project, owing to its intricacy and attention to detail, spanned six months to completion. The final outcome not only met but exceeded expectations, earning accolades from both the Raiders and the industry at large. Notably, it secured an ALSD Spotlight award for Premium Sales, Marketing, or Social Media Campaign.
